All in stock items are shipped within 3 business days by UPS ground with tracking confirmation #.
Insurance is not required but recommended when using USPS. We can not be responsible for shipments lost in the mail service.

Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your money less shipping within 7 days of the date of shipment. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You may request a return authorization number by emailing us.
Please return the items in its original condition to us via prepaid insured mail and send an email to sales@passportcoversandmore.com ahead of time with the piece information, and reason for the return.
